Hatching your avatar
We always recommend that people we train ‘hatch’ their avatar as soon as possible because nobody wants to engage with an egg.  Today the very lovely @ukcolinr, who started off as a total Twitter sceptic, has done just that.  And it’s hilarious. Tearing himself away from Tweetdeck he also said:  “I’ve just been mentioned and I’ve got five new followers....

Claire Wardle (@cward1e) and I (@suellewellyn) are piloting a new week long Digital Journalism course that she’s designed for the BBC College of Journalism.
