Hatching your avatar
We always recommend that people we train ‘hatch’ their avatar as soon as possible because nobody wants to engage with an egg.
Today the very lovely @ukcolinr, who started off as a total Twitter sceptic, has done just that. And it’s hilarious.

Claire Wardle (@cward1e) and I (@suellewellyn) are piloting a new week long Digital Journalism course that she’s designed for the BBC College of Journalism.
First up, the delegates are being asked to set up their own Posterous or Tumblr blog and to blog about what they get up to during the week and hashtag everyone #BBCdigjo on Twitter. Good luck to everyone
